The early season Rainbow trout fishing surpassed our expectations and this year's salmon migration was truly remarkable.
In mid-June the Mighty King Salmon arrived right on schedule and our guests were treated to the best King fishing in Alaska.
The subsequent Sockeye and Coho runs were equally impressive. The rivers were literally packed with salmon from July through the end of the season and the fishing was as good as it gets. Our excursions to the Coast of Bristol Bay in our "Beaver on Wheels" to fish for fresh Silvers continues to be special treat for our guest. Not only is the fishing experience without parallel but the flight is truely awe-inspiring.
Of course the trout benefited greatly from these record salmon runs. And our Anglers enjoyed World Class Trophy Rainbow Trout fishing.

The weather was unusually warm and the fishing was hotter than usual!! The early season Rainbow fishing surpassed our expectations and this year's salmon migration was truly remarkable.
In mid-June King Salmon arrived right on schedule and our guests were treated to the best King fishing in many years - even better than last year.
The subsequent Sockeye and Coho runs were equally impressive. The rivers were literally packed with salmon from July through the end of the season and the fishing was as good as it gets. Our excursions to the Coast of Bristol Bay in our Beaver on wheels to fish for fresh Silvers were always a guest favorite. Not only was the fishing experience without parallel but also the flight was equally awe-inspiring.
Of course the trout benefited greatly from these record salmon runs. Consequently our Anglers enjoyed the best Trophy Rainbow Trout fishing in recent memory. We spent many an evening listening to a guest describe in great detail the great fight that his 31 inch plus Rainbow put up on the river.

Alaska's Fishing Unlimited Lodge has always been well known for its culinary excellence, but the addition of Chef Adam Findlay to our staff raised everything to another level. During the winter Adam is the executive chef for The Viking Dinner Yurt in Salt Lake City Utah. He trained in San Francisco at the CA Culinary Academy and The Utah Homes and Garden named him "One Of The Ten Hottest Chefs in Utah" in 2003. Adam's talents made every meal an experience to be remembered. He is an incredible addition to the Lodge and we are lucky that he is also and avid fly fisherman.

Our guest's comments best reflect the successes of the lodge and we would like to share a few of them with you.

Lots of fish, lots of caribou, lots of bears and lots of pictures. The food was outstanding, the staff wonderful, the lodge has everything & the fishing the best of my life. My arm hurts, my waistline is bigger and my favorite memories increased.
Pauline and Ron Taylor - Cheshire, England
We can't wait to come back. The most "awesome" week. Thanks Matt for turning me into an expert fisherwoman. Keep showing us the "Big Ones" Willy. Thanks Team.
Great.
